Do a seated-position check

Install from the driver or passenger position you will actually use.

A mount or organizer can look correctly placed from outside the vehicle but feel different once you are seated. Before final tightening, check reach, visibility, vent access, door clearance, seat movement, and cable routing from the normal occupant position.

Recheck whether the surface is suitable, flat, clean, dry, and free from dressing products or residue before attempting to reposition it.

A charging setup feels unstable or awkward

Should I fully tighten straps or fasteners immediately?
It is usually easier to establish the final alignment first. Position the accessory, lightly secure the available attachment points, check the fit, and then tighten progressively so one side does not pull the product out of alignment.
What should I do if an accessory does not appear to fit correctly?
Stop before forcing the installation. Recheck orientation, placement, product details, and the vehicle area. If the fit still appears incorrect, contact ViaNest with the product name, vehicle year, make, model, and clear photos of the installation area.
Can I install a phone mount anywhere on the dashboard?
Placement should account for visibility, driver controls, vents, moving components, and vehicle-designated safety areas. Select a stable location that does not obstruct important controls or your normal view of the road.
Why should the surface be cleaned before mounting an accessory?
